Reservation

After showing full respect to The Constitution of India,it can be said that, the current mode of Reservation is a real problem of India, though it is approved by The Constitution of India. It influences spheres like occupation, education, employment. It has ill effects that override all its intended holly goals.
*Its main important effects are:-

1.It makes the socially backward classes stand on their own legs and provedes them the minimum requirements for life, which were out of rich of these people before, and frequently more than the bare minimum.

2.These people have themselves got self- confidence;because of their economic independence.

3.To some extent they have been able to ward off the inhuman nature and enormous bad impact of castism on themselves by using the influence of All-mighty Money.

*But its ill impacts and limitations are also greater in number(which are apparently not vivid but are enough to eat into the integrity of the society)as are follows:-

1.It only focuses on the social inequality and not at all on the economic one, which is rather more important in this current trend of globalisation, liberalisation & privatisation.

2.There are also peoples of General Cast who live in the down most Economic strata of the country( B.P.L or far below the B.P.L.;B.P.L.=Below the Poverty Line). The current reservation policy can not provide them required economic strength.

3.The limitation number 2 also give rise to intolerance in the general cast peoples who essentially dwell B.P.L. & thus it further cause destruction to the originally divided social structure.
The grave impact of this kind of reservation is most vividly seen in most provinces of India.

4.The Reservation policy itself stands for legal separation of casts or castism, which is not at all wanted from the Law!

      **Probable alternative:-
It would be more fruitful and healthy one if the reservation is done on the basis of the economic condition of the Citizens to destroy the economic inequality, because the privilage of one social-group may render other groups envious and thus may cause more distinct ill effects of castism.
As a demand of the changing time it would be a practical and auspicious step towards the conservation of the rights of the citizens of India.
To do so the respective authority can frame a machinary to isolate the poor but intelligent students, irrespective of cast and tribe and to provide them economic support to carry on their studies. In cases of unemployed persons there should be a machinary to locate the essentially needy persons and then to allot employment as per priority,if the total employment, which is the ultimate and the best way no doubt, can not be possible for the time being.

***The current  policy of reservation can also be continued at the same time safely if the followings are followed:-

1.Separating out the persons who are under coverage of the reservation policy but belong to the economically affluent group. Then they should be placed in the mainstream group of people and giving no benefit of reservation.

2.Giving no economic support to the persons who get benefit of reservation and vice versa.
3.Finding out the truely needy persons without bias.
Let the TIME decide the further outcome!
